Everyone Needs a Drop-Off Appointment!
To register for an appointment after you have created your user account, please click on Check In from your MyCM home page You will see all the available appointments for this season. Click on your requested time and you will receive a confirmation. If you have any problems, please email hello@tarheelkidsconsignment.com.
Tar Heel Kids Consignment requires that everyone schedule an appointment to drop off your items. We want to make sure that we can handle your check-in in a timely manner and that the lines to drop off are not excessively long. If everyone arrives within a 15 minute window around their appointment time, (not too early and not too late) we can drastically reduce the time that everyone spends in line. Tar Heel Kids Consignment will offer 6-12 drop-off appointments every 15 minutes. Once these appointments have been taken, we WILL NOT be able to add any additional appointments.
We are back in Gold Hall for this Back -to-School event with DRIVE BY drop-off appointments on Tuesday potentially a few on Monday evening /Wednesday morning. We do not have access to the space until Monday afternoon so those Monday evening appointments are limited. NOTE: if you have tagged your stuff, we will do everything we can to find a time for you to drop it off. You though, should please do everything you can to make our existing schedule work! When we drive-by , we are shooting for Elementary carpool line meets Chick-fil-A efficiency! Pull up. Get out. Unload quickly with the help of our staff and get back into your car.. Even with a full SUV, this process should take less than 5 minutes. Drive out with your line, park and then return inside to put out your things.
You’re a mom. We absolutely get that you have kids. (so do our other 499 sellers) Small children are welcome during drop off, we will never tell you that you can’t bring your kids to our events, but . . . PRO TIP: it’s a whole lot easier (and safer) without them. There are LOTS of moving pieces during this time- including cars! Please plan accordingly and note that consignors are responsible for placing NON CLOTHING items in a designated spot, and CLOTHING , on racks in size, gender & category order. Please allow enough time to put your items out on the floor and assemble large equipment. (And maybe even some extra time if your kids are with you and “helping.”) Tar Heel Kids Consignment team members will do our very best to assist you but we cannot babysit your kids and we are unable to put out these items for you. If you do not put them out, they will not be offered for sale.
